Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an unworn, unwashed, unaltered garment, please email info@troubadourclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return or exchange your order. Returns will not be accepted on items that are dirty or damaged and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. TROUBADOUR will not be held responsible for damages that occur while the garment is in customer’s care. Refunds will be issued once the terms above have been met. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All sale items are final sale.

Order Status
Online orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours during regular business hours Monday-Friday. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Pricing and Tax
Prices listed do not include sales tax. We are required by law to charge a 6% sales tax and 2.5% Charleston County tax on any orders shipping within South Carolina. Any sales tax charged will be calculated and displayed for your approval prior to final confirmation of your order.
Shipping
TROUBADOUR offers free FedEx Ground shipping on all online orders. FedEx Ground deliveries typically take 1-5 days depending on location. FedEx Express and International shipping are available for a fee and can be selected during checkout.
Care
To best maintain your TROUBADOUR garments, it is always recommended that they be professionally dry cleaned, unless specified otherwise. Garments are to be handled delicately at all times to promote long wear.
